Skid plate Honda XR650R ( 2000 – 2008 ) with linkage guard - Black

Skid plate for Honda XR650R - Made from 6mm thick HDPE plastic, the AXP Racing bash plate provides a linkage guard for a complete protection of your bike. At the front, the skid plate protects the subframe and the exhaust system, as well as the oil draining screw thanks to a 20mm thick plastic block. The water pump and the engine cases are also covered and a hole on the left side of the plate allows to check the liquid level at all time. Contrary to aluminum, HDPE plastic absorbs shocks and takes back its original shape after impacts. It is also 30 to 40% lighter than aluminum and more resistant than carbon fiber. This engine guard has been tested during more than 1.500kms through Morocco. All screws and bolts are provided. WARNING : this model only fits Honda XR650R but is not all compatible with all the years.
