1. Prior approval required

No return will be accepted without AXP Racing’s prior written approval.

Any request must include:

  • name / company name;
  • order or invoice number;
  • product reference;
  • description of the issue;
  • clear photographs where necessary.

2. Return conditions

Returns are accepted only for Products that are:

  • new;
  • uninstalled;
  • unused;
  • undamaged;
  • complete.

Any Product returned dirty, installed, incomplete, damaged or not fit for resale may be refused.

3. Processing time

AXP Racing’s return / after-sales processing time is 14 days from receipt of the complete file or the Product, depending on the case.

4. Accepted cases

A return may in particular be accepted in the event of:

  • a picking / preparation error attributable to AXP Racing;
  • a proven Product defect;
  • a proven non-conformity;
  • an exceptional commercial agreement.

5. Non-accepted cases

Unless previously approved in writing, the following will not be accepted:

  • installed or used Products;
  • Products damaged after delivery;
  • incomplete returned Products;
  • Products damaged during return transport due to insufficient packaging.

6. Warranty

The warranty covers only defects attributable to the Product itself, provided that:

  • the Product has been used normally;
  • it has been correctly installed;
  • technical recommendations have been followed;
  • and the Product has been used for its intended purpose.

The following are in particular excluded:

  • normal wear and tear;
  • damage caused by incorrect installation;
  • shocks, falls or accidents;
  • unauthorised modifications;
  • incompatibilities;
  • abnormal, excessive, extreme, unsuitable or improper use.

6 bis. AXP Racing Commercial Warranty – 1 year

In addition to any applicable statutory warranties, AXP Racing offers a one (1) year commercial warranty from the date of purchase of the Product.

This commercial warranty covers exclusively, subject to validation by AXP Racing:

  • abnormal premature breakage;
  • abnormal fractures;
  • abnormal structural failures;
  • or abnormally poor durability or resistance considering normal and proper use of the Product.

Any warranty claim must be accompanied by:

  • proof of purchase;
  • the Product reference;
  • clear photographs;
  • and a precise description of the circumstances.

AXP Racing reserves the right to request return of the Product and any additional information useful for its analysis.

Any claim remains subject to prior inspection of the Product and the express approval of AXP Racing.

If accepted, AXP Racing may, at its sole discretion:

  • replace the Product;
  • repair the Product;
  • grant a credit note;
  • or issue a partial or full refund.

6 ter. Nature and limits of the Products

AXP Racing Products are technical protection and equipment products intended in particular for motorcycles, quads, SSVs and, more generally, the off-road / all-terrain world.

They are designed to help limit certain types of damage and protect certain parts of the vehicle when used for their intended purpose.

However, no protective Product can guarantee total or absolute protection.

AXP Racing Products have technical and functional limits and cannot be considered infallible.

Accordingly, an after-sales, return, warranty or compensation request cannot be accepted solely because damage, breakage, injury, impact, fall or accident occurred despite the presence of the Product.

Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine whether it results from:

  • a Product defect;
  • improper use;
  • incorrect installation;
  • incompatibility;
  • an impact;
  • or use exceeding the normal expected constraints.

7. Damaged parcel

If a parcel is damaged upon delivery, the customer must:

1. enter precise reservations with the carrier;

2. take photographs;

3. contact AXP Racing immediately.
