Manufacturing steps
Measures
The first stage consists in taking a machine in workshop to realize the prototypes
3D Drawing
Then it is a question of realizing the 3D drawing of the protection. It allows to approach at the most the final model.
Prototype
We manufacture then one or several prototypes until the protection fastens easily and becomes integrated perfectly into the standard assembly of the motorcycle.
"Crash Test!"
Once the prototype is approved, we send the protections to be tested by our professional riders in the worst possible conditions.
Validation
Sometimes the protection is good on the first try, sometimes it is necessary to bring some modifications thanks to experimental return and so to validate for the mass production.
Machining
Once the prototype is approved, we reference the protection to mass-produce it.
Production
Once the series manufactured, we make diverse actions of production: cleaning of parts, deburring, weld, bending..
Packaging
Then, the parts can be packed and sent to our customers.
Communication
Finally it's time to introduce the parts on social media and other communication medium !
